The Property Pad

The Property Pad is an exciting new place to find your perfect new digs or home. We popped in last week as we had seen pics of their cool offices & frequent sightings of The Property Pad car around town. The Property Pad is next door to the ever popular Flairz bar which means you can check out the latest properties after a night out. The Property Pads’ Gemma Dearman has loads of  experience managing some of the largest Student Accommodation buildings in the area, she knows exactly how to help you get settled into this cool town. Gemma explained:

“It all starts with building a good working relationship with your Landlord and your Tenant. If you treat people properly, communicate well, show complete transparency regarding fees and expectations from the very start and ultimately work hard and actually do your job! You have a happy Landlord, a happy Tenant and a well maintained property”

So why choose to live in Hastings & St Leonards? he Towns have a real sense of community which is boosted by the many local events which take place throughout the year. In May the Jack In The Green festival brings 1000s of bikers to town, Pirate Day gathers…err, Pirates and the Hastings Bonfire in October attracts 1000s (most of whom seem to have acquired large noisy drums). In between these big events there are loads of arts festivals, food & drink weeks. The new Observer Building & Kino Theatre are breathing new life into the town. With the Old Town, America Ground, Queens Arcade, St Andrew’s Shopping Mews and Marine Court, Norman Road & Kings Road we probably rival Brighton for an eclectic mix of independent shops, restaurants and bars.
