GB-PT offers 121 Personal Training that is fun, challenging and rewarding.You can train in the gym, at home, outdoors or in combat style sports.
GB-PT is all about individual Personal Training. Helping you to achieve your physical goals, increase confidence and improve posture, balance, coordination and many more positive changes. All 1:2:1 sessions are taught by Gavin Broomfield . Gavin is a fully qualified and insured Personal Trainer. Gavin has numerous coaching and teaching qualifications within youth work, martial arts and different sports.
Gavin designs and delivers unique, engaging, challenging and rewarding physical exercise that will improve your physical, mental and social well being. Gavin has a passion for sport and exercise having competed at an international level in Judo and competed within the world of kickboxing too. (glad we are friends!) I really enjoy the buzz you get from helping someone achieve and develop, and that’s why I became a personal trainer.
GB-PT offers the following 121’s
– In the gym: Resistance training, core strength, flexibility, balance and coordination.
– In your home: Become active within the comforts of your own home
– Outdoors: Military style training to include body weight exercises, plyometrics, interval training, distance runs and physical assessments.
– Combat sports: a boxercise style session with gloves, bags, pads and high intensity cardiovascular training to burn calories and get fit! This is a great way to increase confidence and learn self defense too.
All 121’s cost £25 per hour. Discounts for block bookings. Session sharing available for 2 people at the same price. Group bookings available at £10 per head. (3+participants)
